Meet Kelly Mikulski, Owner
Kelly has over 15 years of experience in designing, leading, directing, managing, and supporting creative design development, delivery, and installation of several multi-million-dollar, multi-disciplinary projects. Her expertise spans across various design disciplines, including Hospitality & Leisure, Retail, Graphic Design, Interactive Experiences, Theaters, Cruise Lines, Rides and Attractions. She is a creative leader with a strategic mindset, passionate about telling compelling stories through the lens of environmental design and is fully committed to delivering exceptional results.
As a previous designer and design leader at various globally recognized themed entertainment corporations, she has managed teams of multidisciplinary designers and external consultants to create engaging and immersive designs for some of the world's most recognizable brands. She has developed effective design management strategies and procedures for internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output, as well as successfully leading teams to meet pertinent project milestones and encouraging best practices, standards and protocols.
After many years of keeping her nose to the grindstone, Kelly has now embarked on a new path: growing Golden Ticket Creative. An experiential, immersive and interior design company. With this new venture Kelly plans to take on BIG projects. Not just in scale but BIG IDEAS! She wants to address her clients’ BIGGEST NEEDS with their GOLDEN POTENTIAL and
